Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril Limited

Watching the sunset from our room was unforgettable. We stayed in a private cabin-style room with an ocean view, and it felt romantic, peaceful, and safe, with only nature and the sound of the sea around us. The spa by the ocean was beautifully designed and so relaxing, and the restaurant was excellent. The hospitality really stood out, especially the thoughtful shoulder massage at check-in. Ocean Cliff Resort made it easy to slow down. If you want somewhere to rest and reset, highly recommend it.

We stayed in a treetop room with a wonderful balcony and an exquisite view. Each evening brought a beautiful West End sunset, and the ocean was the soundtrack to our visit. It was quiet and relaxing, with no loud music and no need to hustle for a cabana each morning. A great place for R & R.

The salt water pool is perfect, with a bench in the water and shady spots where you can sit and relax while looking out at the sea. The rooms are beautiful, the beds feel like sleeping in heaven, and the staff are wonderful. I've been to Negril over 40 times, and Ocean Cliff is a gem. Heather, the General Manager, is always around and ready to help if you need anything. I can't wait to return, treat yourself and book this place!

We came to help our family recover while the hotel was closed, and the staff were very accommodating. They gave us rooms at half price and looked after us attentively throughout. There was solar power during the day and a generator at times. The water wasn't very hot, but we were thankful just to have water at all. Because of hurricane damage, there was no food during our stay, but one day we'll be back for my Jamaican breakfast. I hope locals and tourists support them when they reopen to the public.
