The room was lovely, but the internet was terrible, the TV kept cutting out, the shower was crazy and wasted water, and the AC wasn't working properly. The building, grounds, bar, beach, and toilet block were all great, but the place needed maintenance. The pool wasn't right, and food was average at best, except on Christmas night. During the day, beach food was the only option. Even on a special, it was far too expensive. All in all, disappointing. 🙄

It's a pretty hotel, and we've stayed many times and usually enjoyed our visits. But one bad moment can spoil those memories. On our last visit in December, we ordered coffee on the beach. It was lukewarm, with sludge at the bottom of the cup, and a real letdown for Jamaica's coffee reputation. When we brought it up, she just shrugged. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed.

A fantastic resort, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Fenton and Akeem at Palms, and Atholl and Kaylin at amber's. We'll be back.
