Kikki's Karaoke was so much fun. The host was fantastic and made us feel welcome. I’d recommend checking it out, maybe more than once.

The convenient location and the place’s potential make it a shame to see it losing value. It was quiet and very clean, with icy white sheets, but the lint balls from them kept getting on my skin, and there were ants. There were no televisions or AC units in the rooms. Cold water was my only way to cool off, and it did cool me down faster. The rooms need an upgrade. Water leaked from the sink all over the floor, so I had to change rooms. Then the ceiling above the stairs leaked too, leaving buckets of water on the steps and creating a fall risk. The pool never opened, and the water level was too low to swim in. The beds were missing railings and headboards. I suggest restoring this gem to the beauty it once had.

I couldn’t relax in the room, which didn’t feel like a home away from home. It had no TV or AC, and mosquitoes kept buzzing in my ears at night, making it hard to rest. The rooms aren’t up to standard, and the customer service was really bad. The place needs improvement and a lot of new furnishings. Security also didn’t seem adequate, which could be a problem.

For a few budget-friendly nights, the price seems right, and you get a truly Jamaican experience. The location is ideal, within walking distance of several businesses and beaches. It could use some refurbishing and upgrades, but it works for temporary accommodation in the area.
