The neighborhood is good, but be careful before booking. My room had a bad smell, and none of the things I tried did anything to freshen it up. You have to carry your own bags to the room, since the hotel staff don’t help. I wouldn’t pay more than 17 JOD here, as there are good alternatives.

I mentioned a few small things that could be improved to the management, and they were very open to the feedback. Their professionalism and willingness to listen left a strong impression. This was my first stay at 46 Serviced Apartments in Amman. I liked the consistent color scheme throughout the apartment, which made it feel welcoming and homey. Thanks for a great stay. I’m looking forward to returning.

The location is in a prime district, with everything you need nearby. It felt safe and very quiet, and having parking available made things more convenient. The rooms were very clean, and mine had everything I wanted. This is a brand new boutique hotel, managed directly by the owner. Check-in took only a few minutes, and the staff were friendly and keen to help. Yazan deserves special mention for his passion, attention to the customer experience, and care in maintaining a high standard.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and transport links. My room was spacious, nicely designed, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. The amenities were high quality, and I especially liked the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were attentive and accommodating throughout. I was greeted warmly on arrival, and check-in went smoothly. A special thank you to Mr. Yazan Saadeddin. He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed, and his friendly, professional manner made me feel welcome and appreciated. His dedication helped make the visit memorable, and I hope to experience his hospitality again. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
