A great place for the price, with good service.

10/10
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the price was great for what you get. The rooms are more like full apartments, with several rooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Don’t expect luxury at that rate, but that wasn’t what I needed. For a quick night after arriving in Amman before heading to Wadi Musa, it worked really well.

I had to wait 46 minutes before anyone at reception showed up to arrange my apartment. When I first arrived, there was nobody to welcome me. The service felt extremely obnoxious and disrespectful. Worse, two different employees unlocked my door and walked in, each thinking I wasn’t there. I have no idea how often they may have done that while I was out, and some of my belongings went missing. I’d tell people not to stay here.

The location is really nice, but the rooms aren't very good. The service felt very intimate.
