Aljazeera Hotel Apartments

I can't recommend this place. The staff's manner was unprofessional, especially the Egyptian gentleman, who I felt was a liar and a cheat. The washroom door lock and room door lock were broken, as was the AC cover. They promised to replace it, but nothing changed. There was no soap or room slippers, the WiFi didn't work properly, and there was no kitchen cabinet. On checkout day, they charged us an extra 5JD for alleged towel damage, although the towel hadn't been used. I attached pictures for reference.

I stayed for two weeks and got a lot for what I paid, so the value was great. The room was clean and the amenities were in good condition. Honestly, it was a nice stay, and Salim was very helpful and supportive.

I had a sweet, mellow six-night stay. The location, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. Mr Salem, the housekeeper and receptionist, has a genuinely kind and amazing personality. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting stay. We didn't know how bad the hotel was when we booked. The beds were broken, and the towels were dirty and stained. There was no hot shower water or drinking water. The sheets had blood and urine stains, and the floor was covered in dirt and cigarette butts. The walls were cracked, the tables broken, and the receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional.
