I've traveled a lot and stayed in plenty of hotels, and this one has become one of my favorites. Every person I met was warm, friendly, and kind, and they worked hard to make the stay comfortable. It was a wonderful example of Jordanian hospitality. Special thanks to the reception team, Omar, Rama, Yara and Noor; the concierge team, Ayman and Mahmoud; and the restaurant team, Chef Majid and both Osamas. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We had both breakfast and dinner included, and the meals were delicious and well prepared. The staff were kind, attentive, and very accommodating. It was definitely a five-star stay. If you're from the States and want somewhere safe and luxurious, close to the city, stay here.

Guest relations manager miss Yara made a particular difference, personally checking that everything was right and that I felt comfortable throughout the stay. From arrival onward, everyone was welcoming, respectful, kind, and ready to help with a smile. That level of care and professionalism is rare, and it made the visit memorable. I'd gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

Miss Yara, the Guest Relations Manager, took wonderful care of us and made sure everything was right throughout our stay. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Amman International Hotel was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with amazing breakfast and dinner. Getting around was easy because of the location. We had a very pleasant, comfortable visit and highly recommend it.
