Amman Paradise Hotel

Khaled and Alaadin took such good care of us in the dining room. Alaadin even recited a lovely poem he'd written about Petra and shared its history with us. He's a beautiful soul. The hotel itself is gorgeous and high class, one of the best places we've ever stayed.

Chef Mounir deserves special recognition. You can see his care and attention in every dish, and his warm presence makes the dining room feel especially welcoming. The food was delicious, carefully prepared and presented, with an outstanding breakfast. Service was attentive and professional, and the dining area's cleanliness impressed me. My experience there was exceptional.

We checked in from 04-07 January 2026, but the problems we reported to reception were never properly fixed. The responses felt unprofessional, and there seemed to be no real effort to address anything. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and hadn't been cleaned properly, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic from the start. Several electrical outlets also didn't work, which points to serious maintenance neglect. These are basic standards, not extras. When we chose to leave early, no one asked why, a manager never stepped in, and nobody tried to understand or resolve the situation. That lack of care upset me even more than the room itself. This was far below the cleanliness and service we expected, and the stay wasn't justified. I don't recommend this hotel. There are better choices nearby, so travelers should check them before booking.

The rooms were modern, new, clean, and had everything I needed. Chef eyad made wonderful food, and aladdin was also kind and respectful with really good service. I haven't experienced service like this before. Ten out of ten, I'd recommend staying at rotana.
