Antalya Hotel

The room was roomy, with a big bed, and the staff were lovely. Everything looked clean, and the hotel seems to have had a recent renovation. Regards to Leen and Nabil!

Adel, the cleaner, was the only person I found working hard, and he was nice. The reception staff were terrible. We had no water during the day and no hot water for a shower, so I had to go somewhere else to wash. Paying to stay in a hotel without water is ridiculous. Unfortunately, the staff left visitors with a bad impression of the country. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

We arrived at the last minute. The hotel looked nice and the reception area was clean, but the price the receptionist quoted was much higher than online. He offered what he called a “good” deal, though it was still 10 dinars more. In the morning there was no hot water. When I brought it up, the response was that I should call reception about it, rather than an apology or an offer to check and fix the problem. Then they tried to charge us 12 dinars to clean the sheets over a small stain. I said it could be washed and even offered to clean it myself. I went back to the room and got the stain out in five seconds. We took off all the linen and cleaned the bed. The cleaner then changed his explanation and said the mattress was stained. I had already removed the sheets myself and can confirm there were no stains on it. He had only looked for a second without checking the mattress, since the sheets were still on when I returned. It felt as if they were just trying to get another 12 dinars from us. He made me feel awful by saying, “I'll have to pay for it if you don't.” I can't believe they let me clean the sheets myself. I've never had an experience like this at any of the hotels I've visited.

The staff were nice, but not professional. The room was dirty and wasn't ready for guests. There were no towels or even a trash bin, and we found hair, dirt, and a coffee stain on the bed cover. I wouldn't recommend it.
