The staff were always smiling, welcoming, and helpful, and I'd like to thank them. Our third-floor apartment was in good condition, so it didn't need cleaning. The balcony gave us a panorama of Aqaba by day and night, and even the street-side apartments have a great view. Shops including supermarkets, roasters, pharmacies, and vegetable stores were only about two minutes away. Downtown was around a 10-minute walk, or we could take a taxi or use a car. Aqaba was lovely and fairly calm during April-May. We booked a two-bedroom family apartment at Al-Jawad Suites 2 for a month, and it suited us well. Guests vary, families or groups, so some noise and activity is to be expected. The price was a bit high, depending on the season, booking dates, and length of stay. We had a wonderful stay and may return, God willing.

The reception was awful. I paid three days ahead, but from day one they kept asking when I'd pay for the rest of the week because of the reservations. They acted as if Aqaba had no other apartments. After I paid for Friday, they told me it was booked and that I had to leave. Is that any way to treat people? It was annoying and provocative. I'd rather be homeless than stay there again.

A warm welcome, reliable service, a great location, and ongoing cooperation made this a wonderful experience. Just walking into the building or apartment, you'd notice an unforgettable, lovely aroma, which speaks to the staff's care and trustworthiness. Huge thanks to Anas, Askar, Muhammad Abu Hamza, and Muhammad Abu Mu'adh, and special thanks to Uncle Abu Yazan and Mr. Yazan for their outstanding management and for choosing such a distinguished team. The cleaning costs extra, and even then it's shoddy, with no proper cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable, and the whole stay was bad. Checkout is at 12 PM with no consideration, even though we're tourists from Saudi Arabia and other hotels offer a 2 PM checkout. They made us leave despite our payment. It was a terrible experience, and I won't stay there again.

The staff were outstanding, and I sincerely thank them for their hospitality. Al Jawad Residences was clean, well organized, quiet, and conveniently close to restaurants and markets. They welcomed us warmly, and I'd highly recommend the place. With respect and appreciation, I hope to visit again, God willing.
