The private beach and its Red Sea views were special, and we also loved the private pool and well-equipped gym. The restaurant was spotless, with excellent food. Our superior suite was immaculate and very comfortable. Service stood out throughout the stay, from valet to room service. Everyone was professional, attentive and made us feel valued. Manager Shelbayeh showed outstanding leadership, and Yousef Rababah at the front desk added a personal touch. The whole team made the trip memorable. The Westin Saraya Aqaba exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We can't wait to return and recommend it to anyone visiting Aqaba.

Mira from housekeeping made a real difference. She was friendly, kind and professional, always greeting me with a smile and making sure I had what I needed. Her care in keeping the room clean and organized really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious and beautifully designed, with the amenities you'd expect at a luxury hotel. The pool and dining areas were well kept. Check-in was easy, and from the moment I arrived the welcoming, attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere made me comfortable. The team went above and beyond. I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aqaba. I'll be back.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed our family stay. Dinner can be added for an extra charge, 23 JOD per adult and half price for children under 12. The one small drawback was that outside food isn't allowed in the hotel. We visited in April. The hotel was clean, beautiful and well organized, with excellent rooms and friendly, professional staff providing great service. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammad, the Front Office Manager. He was kind, professional and always available, and helped make our experience amazing. Highly recommended.

I first tried breakfast here on my first visit to Aqaba and liked it enough to return with my girlfriend for a short break from Amman. The morning spread was excellent, especially the bakery items, probably the best quality I've had as a guest in hotels around Aqaba, the Dead Sea and Amman. Thanks and congratulations to Executive Chef Riccardo, the FB Manager and their team for the freshness, variety and quality. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel feels top notch, with modern, elegant design through the pool, beach and gym. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay, and we'd be happy to come back.
