Coral Tower Hotel by Hansa

I left early, even though checkout wasn't until tomorrow, because I didn't feel comfortable staying there after the way I was treated. I'd stayed at this hotel often before, but this was my last visit. The staff were rude, the service was poor, and the rules seemed to change from one day to the next. Yesterday, my Talabat delivery arrived without any issue. Nobody mentioned a rule about outside food, and the staff were fine with it, even joking around. Today, when I ordered food again, they suddenly said outside food wasn't allowed. If that's really the policy, I don't understand why it was fine yesterday. I hadn't eaten all day after being out doing sports, and came back exhausted and very hungry, counting on that meal. There was no basic understanding or consideration, just a rude and disrespectful attitude. They said they'd get a manager or someone from another shift to speak with me. I waited, but nobody came. I probably could've met the Prime Minister sooner. It was especially disappointing after trusting this hotel on earlier stays. I wouldn't recommend it.

The front desk and restaurant staff really stood out. They took initiative and went out of their way to help our tour group with special requests. We stayed at Coral Court in Amman for two days in January 2026, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thank you for the good service.

The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made the stay enjoyable. I spent two nights here on a recent business trip to Jordan. The rooms were roomy and well equipped, and both they and the rest of the property were clean. There's also a relaxing spa, and the location is handy for Amman's business district. Breakfast had a good range of choices. Coffee was available, but there wasn't a coffee machine. For a cappuccino, I had to ask the staff, and it cost extra. I'd still recommend the hotel. It felt welcoming and well cared for.

Safa at the front desk was cheerful, friendly, and really helpful. Her humor gave the stay a personal, welcoming touch. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had lots of options. The Coral Tower Hotel is well placed too, with stores and restaurants nearby. I found the value about average for a 4-star hotel. I arrived around 8:00 a.m. and paid 35 JOD (about 50 USD) to check in four hours before the official 12:00 p.m. time. The room was already available, so I would've appreciated a bit more flexibility. It was a pleasant stay with good facilities, though there's room to be more flexible with guests.
