Everyone pays close attention to detail here. Breakfast has lovely options, and the service and accommodation were excellent. The indoor pool is warm and a good size for exercising. The gym is small but has plenty of equipment, and the spa staff are lovely. Thanks to IBRAHIM at Roberto's for such good dinner service. Great location, too. A must stay in Amman.

What made our occasion at the Ritz-Carlton, Amman so memorable was how thoughtful the team was throughout. Mrs. Esraa supported me step by step even before I arrived, and I also want to thank the breakfast team at Ambros, the club lounge team, and Roberto's Manager and team. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff everywhere, from housekeeping and reception to the restaurants, were cheerful, caring, and attentive. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, with lovely city views, quality linens, and personalized welcome amenities. We also had meals at the lounge club and at the Ambros. The food, presentation, and flavors all fit the atmosphere, and the restaurant team made sure we were looked after. It was a special celebration and the experience went beyond what I expected. The hotel combines elegance and comfort with warm Jordanian hospitality, and I'd highly recommend it.

We’re here for a week while visiting Petra and the Dead Sea. The rates are inexpensive by any measure, and I'm glad I stayed before they start charging five times as much. It's a quiet, safe, modern and comfortable hotel with timeless architecture and impeccable staff. Truly fantastic.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms spacious and luxurious. The whole hotel is immaculate, with beautiful design and elegant details throughout. Service was first-class at every point, from check-in to breakfast. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely kind, and the breakfast selection was fantastic with an attentive team. Our whole stay felt special. Ritz-Carlton Amman sets a world-class standard for hospitality in Jordan. Highly recommended!
