Crowne Plaza Amman by IHG

Muhammad, Made, and Suleiman made sure we were looked after throughout the evening, and their hospitality was the best part of my Iftar at the Crowne Plaza. The food could use improvement. Several items had changed and didn't meet my expectations, so the meal had its ups and downs.

The breakfast had plenty of fresh choices and was delicious, and the crew serving it were fantastic, friendly, and always smiling. The front desk team welcomed us and were helpful from the moment we arrived. Crowne Plaza Amman is modern and comfortable, and the staff really stood out. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a reliable, well-located hotel in Amman with great service.

The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of choices, and you can order espresso-based coffee too. The staff are amazing, and the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day if needed. The cleaners are lovely and always greet you with a smile. I also loved the black iris roof bar and its great locally made draught beer. Looking forward to coming back. Walking around from the hotel is easy, with many restaurants nearby. Arriving by vehicle can be harder because the area is extremely congested and there's only one way into the hotel. Come from the wrong direction and you'll need to do a 15 minute loop. The clothes washing is so expensive, it's kind of a joke.

We spent two hours at V Lounge and enjoyed the dinner, the attentive service, and the solo singer's lovely, fine voice. The warm decor and friendly wait staff made the meal feel special. Both pasta entrees were beautifully plated and tasty. Our server, Dwi, was attentive and let my husband practice his Indonesian, which he learned while working in Sumatra. Everyone we've dealt with at the Crowne Plaza Amman has been helpful and met our needs. We highly commend it to other travelers.
