Geneva Hotel Amman

The location was great, within walking distance of attractions, coffee shops, supermarkets, a sweet shop, and a lovely shawarma restaurant. I’ll certainly stay here again on future visits. At Geneva Hotel, my room was tidy and clean, and the linen smelled fresh. The reception team were amazing, and the security guys at the main entrance were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. My only issue wasn’t with the hotel or staff, it was guests chatting loudly in the lobby and near the rooms long after bedtime. Still, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Good value for money, and I’d definitely come back to Geneva Hotel Amman. The room was quiet with hardly any traffic noise, and the atmosphere was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and the location very good.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choices, eggs made to order, and a particularly good selection of sweets. Staff were polite and helpful with what we needed. I stayed one night and found the room spacious, clean, and in good condition. The bathroom was large and everything worked, though the shower took a while to warm up. I also appreciated the small hose in the toilet. A comfortable hotel with good facilities and a very satisfying breakfast.

We got married here in July, and the venue was beautiful and well organized. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the staff helped the bride and groom in every way they could. The one thing I wouldn’t recommend is the wedding planner they provided. They messed up a lot and were rude when we met before the wedding.
