Everything was lovely here, and I'd happily recommend the place. It was clean, and the staff were great, ready to take care of whatever guests needed. Thanks so much!

The location was great, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The room itself was a letdown, though: after the first day there was no water to flush the toilet or take a shower, and nobody came to clean it. I didn't enjoy the stay much apart from the good service.

We ended up staying two more nights after our first two because we were so pleased with the service. The breakfast was very nice, and the rooms, though a little worn, were clean and comfortable. Mr Abu Mahmud was especially helpful when we arrived very early, doing everything he could to make us comfortable. We really appreciated his support and attitude. The rest of the staff were friendly too, and it was good value for the money.

There was plenty of food and shopping nearby, and the area was very nice. The hotel itself was spotless, with remodeled, modern rooms, a great shower, a comfortable bed, and fast air conditioning. There was also a big TV, a kettle, and coffee, tea, and creamer in the room. For the price, the value was hard to believe. The staff and owner were friendly and fantastic. They arranged my airport transfer and made sure I had breakfast before my 4:30 departure. It was only 30 minutes to the airport, and I'll absolutely stay again.

The facilities were old, but I was still comfortable staying there on my own. Mr. Abu Mahmud, one of the hotel staff, was very friendly and even prepared breakfast for me when I had to leave early for Petra and couldn't eat the regular breakfast. There was a separate parking area at the back, which was handy.
