Luxury Palace Hotel

The staff were courteous, and that was the strongest point of my stay. My corner suite was enormous, with room for four beds and suitcases, though the furniture was worn, basic, and low quality. The price seemed fair, especially since tour operators apparently use the hotel. It seems well suited to groups with half-board buffet arrangements. The food and drinks were very simple, just enough, and the most basic I had during my two-week tour. The hotel’s name gave me different expectations of what it would offer.

I’ve stayed here for two nights on separate trips and would come back. It’s a small, clean hotel with good value, a great room, and clean toilets. There are lots of shops nearby, and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was very good, and Vivian took excellent care of us. The reception team was also quick and helpful when we needed something.

The hygiene was especially good, and the staff were great. It has a lovely atmosphere and the service felt very professional. I’d happily book here again and recommend it.

Shops and restaurants are close by, and the location is excellent. The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and professional. Thanks for being so cooperative. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in beautiful Amman :)
