I won't return. The room was in awful condition, with no upkeep, a toilet seat coming loose, and toiletries left outside the bathroom because there was nowhere to put them. I can put up with a run-down hotel, but the service made it much worse. My iced coffee warmed up, so I asked for a glass of ice to pour it over. They said it would arrive within 30 minutes, but I waited 90 minutes and it never came. At first they even said the hotel had no ice. What kind of hotel tells guests that? I was paying for my stay, yet the staff acted like doing their jobs was a favor. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Amman. Zero out of five.

It turned out just fine, even though I was hesitant at first. I was on a layover after booking a Royal Jordanian flight, and the airline arranged this hotel for me. It's old, including the rooms, but it's a budget place and you get what you pay for. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and I thought it was good value for the money, especially for a stopover in Jordan.

A convenient location, tidy and very clean room, and reasonable prices. The reception team were so friendly and great, especially Saeed and Abduallah. Many thanks to them. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The staff are great and really helpful. The rooms need an upgrade, though: the furniture and carpet are old, and the bathrooms are really bad.
