Rayshan hotel

We come here every vacation. The room is good, the view outside is perfect, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The guys at reception are really kind. I love it so much.

The room’s interior was nice, and the living room had a good amount of furniture. In person it looked much better than the pictures online. We arrived very late at night, and Anas, the hotel manager, helped us check in. There was a problem with my online booking, but he sorted it out right away and upgraded our room too. The staff were amazing.

Check-in and check-out were very easy, and we had a quiet place to stay with parking right in front. Shops and restaurants on the Main Street are within walking distance, and with a car it’s easy to get downtown or around Amman/Jerash. Breakfast was good enough to start the day, though there weren’t many choices. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady with the lovely smile. We stayed two nights and didn’t get housekeeping. We came back late the night before checkout, then realized the staff hadn’t reminded us to leave the key for housekeeping. The toilet is small, with nowhere to put toiletries while showering. They also only accept cash.

For such a low price, the service and the rest of the experience were very good. It’s clean and the staff are nice. A good place to stay if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel itself.
