What stood out most was the people. The reception team, other staff, and the manager, who is also the owner, were all incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. They arranged a Dead Sea trip for us at a very attractive price and shared useful tips about the area and getting around the city cheaply and efficiently. It all came up in friendly, pleasant conversations. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool or luxurious amenities, but everything that should have been there was, and the price was very reasonable. We were lucky to find it. I highly recommend it. If you get to meet the owner, you'll find someone kind-hearted who sees guests as travelers to know, not wallets full of Jordanian dinars.

We had a really good time. Everything we wanted came at a good price, and the people there helped us organize a very convenient trip to the Dead Sea.

The staff and manager were wonderful with guests and really caring. Our 3rd-floor room was spacious, spotless, and quiet from noise above. The reception area was comfortable and clean, and the surrounding area has pretty much everything you need. I'd definitely book again!
