SADEEN AMMAN HOTEL On my first trip to Jordan, my family and I spent three nights here. The room was clean, but service was slow and poor for a four-star hotel. The bathroom was missing items like toothpaste and a toothbrush, and the food choices were very limited. Breakfast and dinner weren't the best I've had, though they were okay. For a four-star place, it was a good hotel for the affordable price.

Worst service I've experienced, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The room was extremely dirty, with no housekeeping or care after the wedding. The wedding coordinator was completely unprofessional and shared client details outside the hotel, violating privacy. To make things worse,

I had a very comfortable stay at Sadeen Amman Hotel. The food was excellent, and the facilities were clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Thanks to the management and staff for a great experience. Highly recommended for a stay in Amman.

The room was cold, the interior looked old, and the food choices were very limited. I didn't enjoy it, and it definitely doesn't deserve a four-star rating.

Rawan at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Her warm welcome and excellent support made my stay much more pleasant, and her professionalism stood out. She was the best person at the hotel.
