From the street, it looks like a four-star hotel, but inside it feels closer to two stars. The rooms were dirty, with broken equipment and dirt and mold on the walls. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The housekeeping kept everything clean, tidy, and ready, and the reception team were kind and always happy to help. I felt welcome throughout my stay at Sama Paris Hotel last week. Everyone was hospitable, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Amman and would happily stay again. Thank you so much.

The location worked really well, and the staff made us feel welcome. My room was clean and had everything I needed. For a 3-star hotel, the stay turned out much better than I expected, and it was a pleasant surprise for the price. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was basic, but fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly, and getting around from this convenient location was easy. A fantastic stay and good value for money.

I’d originally booked just two days, but my project took much longer, so I ended up staying nearly 75 days. Even with the stress, they made the place feel like home and provided the finest hotel service. They let me keep my cat there too, and it was easier to find a safe place for her to roam. Honestly, those may have been the calmest and most productive 75 days of my life.
