Seven Roses Hotel

For a short business trip, this was a cozy hotel, with a room that was just the right size and a very comfortable bed and pillows. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops nearby, all within 3 to 5 minutes at most, and it's in a great neighborhood. The staff were helpful and cooperative. Thanks especially to Mr. Usama and Ms. Rima at reception for their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. Well done.

I was disappointed by the service at the café at Seven Roses Hotel. I asked for a takeaway cup for my coffee, but they didn't have any. The front desk manager wasn't helpful either, and I expected better hospitality from the hotel café.

The location is more than great, and the staff were polite and welcoming. My room was quiet and clean. Still, during my week there, the housekeeping was poor: they never replaced the sheets, only made the bed. I noticed because my first sheet had an old mark. They also wouldn't replace the tissue box when only two tissues were left. I asked for slippers several times, and each time the receptionist on duty said they'd bring me some, but I never got any. Breakfast was horrible, though the coffee was good. The hotel smelled of cigarettes as soon as you walked in, which wasn't pleasant even for smokers. For the location and staff attitude, I'd give it 5/5. Breakfast and housekeeping get 0/5. Bring your own slippers, you're not getting any here.

The rooms were a decent size and comfortable enough, and breakfast was adequate. It's an okay hotel. My only issue was the shower water, which was barely warm.
