Triple A Hotel Apartment

We had a huge balcony and a really clean, warm room. The location is amazing, and every staff member, including the manager, was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The apartment setup felt like a home away from home, and having a kitchen was a real bonus for our longer stay. We spent 9 nights at Triple A hotel apartment and were pleasantly surprised. Our spacious, clean room had the basic amenities we needed, and the value for money was good for a place that's not a luxury hotel. The surroundings were quiet, which was nice after days out sightseeing. Shops, restaurants, and public transportation were easy to reach, making it simple to explore the area. Staff were friendly and quick to help, and housekeeping kept things tidy with fresh towels provided regularly. It's an affordable, comfortable place with the essentials covered, and we'd recommend it. We had a good stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The hotel's location is nice, and the street-facing balconies are a good feature if the receptionist happens to give you one. The rooms, though, are below average, and the service was extremely bad. We argued with the receptionist over how rude he was. Definitely won't come back.

The room wasn't clean, the toilet was leaking, and getting towels felt like begging. Service was worse than anywhere I've tried in Jordan. When we first arrived, the receptionist was so unwelcoming, like he was doing us a favor. The whole place felt very dirty and the service was really bad.
