The reception team was warm, polite, and friendly, which helped us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable too, and generally in good shape. But basic service let the stay down: housekeeping often skipped the room for days, even after we asked for cleaning. There were also bathroom problems that took too long to sort out. The hotel has good rooms and welcoming staff at reception, but cleanliness and maintenance need attention.

I'm from Canada, and this was my second trip to Aqaba. I brought my kids so they could experience Jordan and its people. The hotel was clean, and everyone was friendly and asked if we needed anything. I also liked the nearby shopping area. The Red Sea is about an 8-10 minute trip away.

The hotel was good value, and the management provided excellent service. It was comfortable, attractive, and well looked after, with clean, modern furniture. From its spot in the city center, the market and sea were close by, which made getting around easy. I had a wonderful stay a couple of days ago and would book here again on future visits. Highly recommended.

I spent three days at Afnan Hotel, and Mr. Waleed, the owner's brother, made a real difference with his great attitude and willingness to help. The staff were always ready to guide us and arrange things to make the stay comfortable. Thanks as well to the owner, Mr. Abdulrahman Najar, for keeping the place so welcoming. I'd stay here again if I return. Highly recommended.
