I've stayed here for the third time over 13 years of visiting Aqaba, and each visit has been better. The location puts you right in the center near the shops, with beautiful sea view rooms and direct access for a swim. Breakfast is generous and delicious, too. The hotel looks stunning, but it's the people who make the stay, from the warm welcome at reception to the restaurant team. Special thanks to Retaj and Laith, and to everyone whose kindness and hospitality made us feel like the only guests. I highly recommend it for a special, memorable visit.

The local food was very good, freshly prepared, and the beach was attractive and nicely arranged. The jacuzzi and pools were in good condition and not too crowded. The rooms and shared areas were clean and well maintained, and service was dependable and efficient. Getting to the main spots nearby was quick and easy.

Dinner and breakfast were good, and Andreas, who came to make up our room, was incredibly kind. But when we arrived yesterday, reception said our room for three was ready, and it turned out to be set up for only two. They said their policy was to prepare the room after arrival and asked us to wait 15 minutes. We waited an hour and had to call them several times before they came. The third person was missing more than just a bed, everything else for them was missing too.

After leaving Israel in a horrible situation to get back to Europe, this place felt like a little oasis of peace in the middle of a very tense time. The people working there were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met. It was a wonderful experience.
