Breakfast is at Dweik 3, just a short walk away. The selection was pretty basic, and I had hygiene concerns, especially seeing children pick up food with their hands. There’s no parking, and the hotel isn't actually beachfront as advertised. I did appreciate how polite and professional the owner and reception staff were. With more attention to cleanliness and to getting the hotel description right, plus better behavior from guests, the experience could improve a lot. The staff were a real bright spot.

The noise made this the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Every time someone opened a door, its handle would stick halfway and set off an alarm that kept sounding through the night. There was also constant banging and loud conversation echoing into the room because the sound insulation was so poor. I can't overstate how awful it was. I wouldn't recommend spending even one night here. It's hard to understand how the company can run three hotels in the city without sorting out the acoustics and noise.

Muhammad welcomed us and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, with a view of the red sea, and they were very helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommended.
