Maswada Plaza Hotel

The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, a peaceful place to rest after exploring Aqaba. Maswada Plaza Hotel is centrally located near shops and cafés and only a short walk from the beautiful Red Sea. We were traveling with our beloved dog, who was welcomed with kindness and respect. That meant a lot, since bringing a dog can sometimes be difficult. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and satisfying. The staff greeted us with a smile each morning, and a good cup of coffee was a lovely start to the day. We were two friends traveling together, and from the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel genuinely welcome. The hospitality felt like the true soul of Jordan, traditional, generous, and full of heart. Mr. Yahya Mass, the hotel manager, especially stood out as open-minded, gracious, and incredibly helpful. He patiently answered every question with a sincere smile and treated us like friends, not just customers. Maswada Plaza Hotel felt like a home away from home. Mr. Yahya Mass and his wonderful team made the visit unforgettable. We'll remember the warm hearts and open hands of Aqaba and gladly return. We highly recommend it to anyone who values sincerity, tradition, and real hospitality.

This hotel was very, very, very bad. The location is terrible, and it's noisy until very late. The staff were extremely rude and disgusting, and there's a foul smell throughout the entire hotel. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The room looked beautiful and was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony view. The windows didn't insulate well, though, so we could hear a lot of noise from outside. There was no shower door, which left water on the floor. Service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and ready to help. Breakfast was very good, but there weren't many sweet options. Highly recommend.
