We used Jerash as our base for day trips to Umm Qais and Pella, and also visited Ajloun and the highly recommended AlMa'wa for Nature and Wildlife reserve. From the Studio with Balcony, we could look out over the archaeological site the town has grown around. Getting to the entrance took about three minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. The residential location has free parking on site, under cover and monitored by CCTV. The studio was spotless and matched the photos. This home and family really stood out among all the kind people we met in Jordan. We felt safe and well looked after here, just as we did elsewhere in the country. It’s a family run guest house, and they treated us like one of their own from the moment we arrived. After a long day driving the desert castle loop, we got in late afternoon without dinner plans. They brought us tea and offered to go out for a meal, which we gladly accepted. The next evening’s home cooked dinner was delicious, as were the generous home cooked breakfasts each morning. We never did get used to Jordanian portions! The family, including their gorgeous baby, were wonderful. When the shower stopped working, it turned out to be a broken pump, and the owners fixed it quickly and kindly. On our last morning we came out to find they’d washed down our rental car. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

The crew went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable after our trip. I stayed here in January 2023 with 10 friends, and everyone was super nice and kind. I’d definitely recommend it.

Free parking and an amazing family breakfast were both nice extras. The owners are very kind, and the spacious room had a great bathroom and full air conditioning. You get an amazing view of the ruins, just like the name Full Panorama Jerash promises. This is the place I’d choose to stay in Jerash while exploring the country.

The one good part was breakfast. The man serving it was really nice and asked several times how the food was. We didn’t get the rooms we booked. Instead of a Deluxe Queen Studio, we were given 2 x Superior Deluxe Double rooms. When we first arrived, someone was leaving one of our rooms. It looked like they’d been napping there, because there were slippers and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, plus rubbish in the bin. I wasn’t sure the linen was fresh, so we messaged the property. Someone moved us to another room, still not what we had booked, but later that evening we saw someone in that room while we were sitting on the patio. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and I felt disgusted using anything in it. The smell of cigarette smoke was covered with a really strong air freshener. By then it was 11pm and we were with kids, so we gave up trying to get anything else changed. It was just frustrating. Don’t book this place!

Abu Mohammed and his family own the building, and welcomed us warmly with coffee and dates. We stayed for two nights in a peaceful location with a beautiful view, and the rooms were very clean. We reserved three bedrooms, all spacious and well equipped with their own air conditioning, bathrooms, fridges, cabinets, and TVs. One also had a lovely balcony. It was great value for the money. There’s a small garage and a small parking lot. Breakfast is offered, but we didn’t have time to try it. Thanks to the whole Full Panorama family ⭐️
