The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and check-in went smoothly. It was handy to have a kettle and coffee in the room. Breakfast was a letdown. There was no fresh juice or napkins, nobody offered help, and the only waiter wasn’t in uniform. At checkout, no one was around to help with our luggage, which made leaving inconvenient. Fine for a night or two if cleanliness is what matters most. The breakfast service and help at checkout could be better.

The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had all the modern amenities I needed. The hotel is beautifully kept, with a welcoming feel that made me feel at home right away. The staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. Muhannad Karadsheh deserves special thanks. His kindness, dedication, and attention to detail made the stay memorable, and he went out of his way to take care of what I needed promptly and with a smile. Muhannad and the whole team made my visit enjoyable and flawless. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone after a comfortable stay and outstanding service.

Absolutely awful hotel. I was there with a group, and every room we got was dirty. There was hair in the drains, broken lamps, and our bathroom smelled like cat pee. The beds were just box springs with worn foam pads on top. DO NOT STAY!
