The hosts made us feel very welcome and were generous with their help. Room 303 has a balcony with a fantastic view over the harbour toward Eilat and along the coast to Egypt, and the sunsets from there or the roof are spectacular. The room was comfortable for the price, and we used the washing machine for our clothes. A six-pack of water cost 1JD, and there’s a lift. The location is handy too: parking was easy, evenings were quiet because it’s a little way from the seaside strip, and the promenade with places to eat, get coffee, and go to the beach is a short walk away. The rooftop was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view, and it has its own wifi. There’s even a friendly cat in the lounge. What stood out most, though, was how the receptionist treated us. He helped collect our luggage from the other hotel and loaded it into his own truck, all while making us laugh. Whenever we needed anything, he felt like family. The rooms were extremely clean, with no stains, and the AC was cold and comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom too. It’s near the old baled, restaurants and other food spots, and a supermarket. We came here after a terrible hotel, and the service was fantastic. I’d happily come back soon.

You’re right in the middle of things here, including downtown, with everything only 50 meters away. The reception staff are really nice, and there’s a cat too. Rooms are clean, hot water is plentiful, and the internet and wifi are powerful. The hotel has a nice view, a hair dryer, and a kitchen. There’s also an air-conditioned dining area with seating. Prices are very reasonable, the people are friendly, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

A very clean hotel with nice workers who are always ready to help. It’s also only a few minutes from central Aqaba and about 3 min from the beach. The best hotel!
