The staff’s warmth and care made the stay feel special, and we’re grateful to everyone at Petra Guest House. The location is unbeatable, right next to Petra. We were lucky to get upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, and it was well worth it. It was comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning that ran quietly.

The location is so convenient, right beside Petra’s entrance and near the tourist center. There’s a good breakfast selection and a nice à la carte menu for dinner. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the upgrade gave us a beautiful garden and mountain view. From arrival, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Many thanks to Hanadi, Mohammad, Ziyad, and Khaled for making our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time at Petra Guest House Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Petra! -Yugesh&Rose

The sunset from the hotel was stunning, and Petra’s main entrance was only a short walk away. We also really liked the varied breakfast and the warm service, especially from Amer and Abdallah, who made us feel welcome. After two nights, we left very happy with the clean, modern renovation. Highly recommend it for a Petra visit.

The setting and location made visiting Petra so easy. The entrance to the archaeological site is close by, which was especially handy early in the morning and after a long day exploring. Our room was spacious and elegant, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view over the mountains and Petra area. The property is modern and beautifully designed to fit its natural surroundings, with a refined but welcoming feel. We stayed during the hotel’s opening period and were impressed from arrival onward. Every team we encountered, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, was attentive, professional, and kind. Service went well beyond what we expected. Crowne Plaza Resort Petra exceeded our expectations, and we left with lovely memories. We’d happily return and recommend it.

Hamza at reception, Omar at breakfast, and Khaled at the parking entrance were especially warm and hospitable. Everyone made a real effort to help us, even putting up with my poor Arabic. Such a lovely stay!
