I didn't book ahead, but the man at reception was so helpful and took time to walk me through everything. He was funny too, which made arriving feel easy. The room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast had lots of fresh choices. I stayed at Hilton and Mövenpick on the same trip, and the difference stood out. I had a great time here and would recommend Mövenpick.

Nirmeen deserves a special thank you. Her warm welcome, care, and attention made our stay feel memorable, and she went out of her way to help us feel comfortable. The accommodations were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the service throughout was top-notch. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Our wedding guests were blown away by how beautiful the venue was and how well everything was organized. The resort was peaceful, luxurious, and very well maintained, with lovely views and atmosphere. From arrival to the end, the staff were kind, professional, welcoming, and always smiling. Food, service, hospitality, and all the little details made it feel like triple 5 star treatment. Thank you for making such an important day feel magical and giving us memories we won't forget. We had a great stay, especially with the pools, kids' activities, room, and amazing breakfast and dinner. Manager “Hazim” was kind when helping resolve a couple of room service problems. Room service needs to respond much faster, though. Requests like towels or a baby crib shouldn't take hours. Also, water should be free by the pool. The hotel is highly recommended otherwise, and I hope to see those things improved next time.

Nermeen at the front desk made me feel so welcome with her warm, professional, and helpful service. I enjoyed my stay at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea so much that I booked another one and came back just a week later. Everything was perfect, and her hospitality made it unforgettable. Highly recommended!
