Patchy wifi and not having drinking water available during meals are still issues. Aside from those, the service was among the best we had on the trip, and the hotel was dependable. If a Dead Sea getaway is what you're after, this is a good choice.

The beach bathrooms were disgusting, and there was no water to shower with. Service was zero and the food was minus ten. I've been to more than 25 countries and never seen a hotel like this. The worst experience ever, don't go. Thanks for reading, and please pay close attention to hotel reviews before booking.

The bathroom was filthy, and towels from the previous guests were still hanging there. Several room doors looked as if they had been broken into before, and the balcony door was so damaged its handle came off in my hand. When we told the front desk, they barely seemed concerned and left a few clean towels instead of cleaning or dealing with the damage. This was a terrible stay at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Dead Sea. It doesn't deserve a four-star rating and, in my opinion, should be temporarily closed because of extensive water damage and mould. If you're booked here and unhappy, I strongly recommend checking out and staying at The Dead Sea Spa Hotel a few minutes up the road. It's much better and worth the peace of mind.

I've spent the past few Fridays at the beach, and each time I've hoped the hotel would do something about the flies. Nothing changes. It's one of the Dead Sea's most visited hotels by international tourists, and I've seen the tourists there frustrated by the flies. Could you please address this?

The pool was nice, but that was about it. After a warm welcome, I was really disappointed by the dirty room, towels, and sheets, along with the outdated bathroom fixtures. Avoid this place!
