Madaba Inn Hotel

We arrived after midnight, but that was no problem, and parking by the Mosque was easy to find. Our twin room with a shared bathroom was just right for a restful night. The owners were very nice, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Great view from room 14! Highly recommend!!

That view of the mosque was something else, and everything we needed was close by. There’s parking beside the mosque, just a minute’s walk away. Our room was warm and the beds were comfy, and breakfast had a great spread of treats, spreads, tea, and coffee. Such good value for our first night in Jordan. Thanks for having us.

For a cheap stop right in the centre, it was fine. The people were really kind, the terrace was nice, and breakfast was good. The room smelled a bit off, though, and the walls are thin. A group of Spanish guests ran around and shouted, or so it sounded, all night, so we couldn’t sleep. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it spoiled the stay. The shower water got warm after a wait. The room was chilly, and the heater didn’t work. We only figured that out in the middle of the night. The staff were lovely, so maybe someone would’ve helped if we’d asked.

The service was lovely, and breakfast was simple but nice. The rooms were the problem: old, not renovated, smelly, and the beds were uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes in my room, the electrics did something weird early in the morning, and it was only cleanish. I slept badly. They don’t take cards, and although I stayed just one night instead of two, they wouldn’t accept a reduced payment. The online information misrepresents the place.
