The rooftop was a highlight for me, especially at sunset, when you can see the city and Petra mountains. After a day exploring, it was a lovely place to unwind. The hotel is right in the city center, with everything nearby, including the Visitor Center. My room was comfortable and well kept, and cleanliness clearly matters here. The staff made me feel welcome from arrival, handled check-in smoothly, and were always ready to help. I also tried the traditional Jordanian food, which was delicious and made the stay feel special. I had an amazing time and would happily book here again. Great comfort, service, and location.

Petra was easy to visit from Raqeem Hostel, thanks to its great location. We stayed for two nights and everything felt comfortable and well organized. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time there.

The bathroom and toilet were dirty and badly neglected, and the drain did not work properly. The hygiene was very poor. The bed linen was stained and covered in hair, and looked as if it had not been changed for a long time. It also wasn't clearly explained that the toilet and bathroom were shared. Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM, even though most guests leave early for Petra and miss it. It felt like a way to save money by not serving breakfast at all. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hostel.

The rooftop has a beautiful view, and parking is available. The food is excellent, especially the homemade dishes, which I highly recommend. It’s a wonderful place in a lovely location close to everything, and the price is great value for money.

For a budget stay, I found the service surprisingly good, and I never felt I was giving up comfort or quality because of the low price. The place felt safe and comfortable, and both the rooms and shared areas were clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand with a smile. I stayed for a few days and had a better than excellent experience. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable place with service that can rival some hotels.
