The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location works really well for visiting Petra, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi was good, too. I stayed one night. The room was quite small, though it looked pleasant, and the cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The bedding had strange stains and the shower area hadn’t been cleaned very well. On the plus side, both the breakfast and dinner buffets were surprisingly tasty and had plenty of choices.

For the low price, the slightly small, older rooms were still great value, and the hotel is just a three-minute walk from the Petra visitor center. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops are close by. We stayed two nights with breakfast and dinner included. Both dinners were amazing, with a lot of good food, and the buffet breakfast had lots of options. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Adam at reception was great with travel tips, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. Petra’s entrance is a two-minute walk away, which makes the location a full 100% for me. It’s not a luxury, high-tech place, but it has its own charm. My room was spacious and clean, with its own AC instead of central air that can be too hot or too cold. The bed was firm for my liking, and the free Wi-Fi was fast. I had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend it!

A clean room, good Wi-Fi and friendly staff made this a solid choice for exploring Petra. The entrance is a five to ten minute walk away, and there are lots of restaurants along the nearby street. Breakfast at the hotel was okay.

Faris at reception made us feel at home and took care of everything so generously. We were really glad to meet him. The hotel was clean and had what we needed, and they’re very fond of Turkish guests. The independent rooms were quiet and relaxing after a tiring day in Petra, with a bathroom between our room and the neighboring rooms. Our room was a good size, with a seating area, and the breakfast was the most generous I had in Jordan. If you book dinner, Chef Muhammed puts on a feast, I highly recommend it. You’ll leave Petra having made a friend! ❤️
