Albasha camp wadi rum

The dog upset me almost as much as the state of the accommodation. He was very sweet, but tied to a one meter leash with no water nearby, so I fed him and gave him water. I would never encourage anyone to stay here. It was my most horrible accommodation experience. The location was beside the main road, with none of the authentic Wadi Rum view. The room was extremely dirty: stained sheets with lots of hair, filthy floors, hair in the shower, and a toilet that hadn't been flushed after the previous guest. We asked for another room, which they supposedly cleaned by spraying air freshener, changing the bathroom mirror for another dirty one, and hosing down the bathroom until it flooded. That room wasn't clean either. At the restaurant, you had to beg for a fork or knife. They had only two of each, no drinks, and the food wasn't good. There was one working socket in the whole room. The sink pipe was broken, leaving a huge puddle under the sink when we used the tap, and the terrace furniture was old and broken.

I felt uncomfortable at [Al basha camp wadi rum]. The floors, tables, and restrooms were all very dirty, and the bedsheets had visible stains and looked unwashed. I wouldn't recommend staying there unless they make serious improvements to the hygiene.

The place is spacious and could work well for different kinds of events. The staff were very kind and quick to respond, and the food was clean and well cooked. I totally recommend it.

The sunset tour was absolutely great, and I'd highly recommend it. The camp's location is lovely and the bubbles were nice, and the owner was really polite and kind. The food, though, was really bad and not tasty, with a limited buffet, and the coffee wasn't good either. Service by the campfire could be better, and the tea wasn't refilled easily.
