Our flight was cancelled because of bad weather, so we ended up staying here. It seemed to have been renovated recently and was better than we expected. The front desk staff were great and helped us call another accommodation to explain what had happened. Definitely get breakfast if you can, it was oishii desu! 😋

I was upset to learn that the personal things I’d left in my room had been thrown away just three days after checkout. I emailed the very next night to ask for them back, but didn’t hear from the hotel until a week later. That lack of communication, and the way my belongings were handled, was incredibly frustrating and far below the service I expected. They should reconsider how they deal with lost items for future guests, and check email more regularly, since it’s the only way foreigners can contact them.

The staff are friendly, and I like that breakfast is included along with a complimentary drink at the bar. It’s also reasonably priced and only a short drive from the airport.

I left my electric toothbrush behind, and they mailed it back to me. Pretty cool. Great customer service.

There aren’t many business hotels near Chosa Station, and this is one of them.
