Sakitsu House Sei

We booked the whole middle villa for four people for three nights, from 2025/11/22-29. The guesthouse is inside the World Heritage Site, Saitsu Village, and has three villas to choose from. Each morning we walked around the village and took beautiful photos. It felt dreamy, and climbing up to the Suwa Shrine observation deck for the sea view and sunrise was even more blissful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day. We bought groceries at a supermarket in Amakusa, and were surprised to find the shop opposite the guesthouse opened very early and had produce, seasonings, fish, and meat. The kitchen was fully equipped with a gas stove, medium-sized refrigerator, electric rice cooker, oven, and microwave. The bathroom was spacious, and laundry detergent was provided for the washing machine at no extra cost. All amenities were supplied. The landlord also gave me a discount coupon for Aimeili Hot Spring Center, ¥600 → ¥300. It's a 10-minute drive, and coupons are also available at the village visitor center. Highly recommend it for a slow-paced getaway!
