We booked ten days ahead, but the hotel had overbooked its non-smoking rooms and said we'd have to stay in a smoking room. The service wasn't great.

The room was disgustingly dirty, and the hotel was awful. They charged me more than the online booking price when I arrived, wouldn't let me cancel, then put me in a smoking room that reeked like an ashtray. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were nice, if a little small. Convenience stores and izakayas are nearby.

The bath was nice, though the hours you can use it are restricted.

The people running the hotel understand what guests need.
