6/10
The room had no real view, just a concrete wall about a metre from the window. The desk was a little dusty and the bed's top cover didn't feel very clean, though the room itself was reasonably clean. It's close to the station and has the basics. I had booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of tobacco when I arrived. I went back to reception and they happily moved me, which helped. That's why I rated it three stars.

The rooms could use a much better clean. I found hairs on the table, kettle, and bathtub, the shower curtain looked dirty and had mold, and some towels were stained. It's a basic place for an overnight business stay, about five minutes from the station, with the amenities you might need.

The room was clean and really nice, and the front desk staff were very helpful whenever an issue came up. It's near the train station, and guests can rent bikes there. There's also a laundry room, though it costs extra. I'd recommend staying here.

8/10
The rooms were on the small side but had enough space for what I needed. The location is very convenient, and the service was good.

Affordable, and close to the shinkansen area. Worked perfectly for traveling on my own.
