There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is just a minute's walk from the train station, a supermarket, and a convenience store. Parking is available close by too, at a low cost.

The Simmons bed was so thick, firm, and soft that I sank into it as soon as I lay down, and slept really well. For a moment I even wanted to buy one. No matter how shady Yamamoto Yusuke may seem, Simmons' comfort is still hard to beat. This is just my personal experience report from Ribuma. I also liked the new, clean shower booth and the microwave in the room. The one-room-one-denren setup made it easy to bring groceries back from the nearby supermarket, which stays open fairly late, and eat in the room. I realized that having to go into the hallway to heat food is a hassle, so that was especially handy for a quiet night in. It was my first stay in Mikawa Anjo, on a rainy weekday. I usually drive alone and look for free parking, but the price under 3,000 yen drew me in. Nearby coin parking cost 800 yen, so that felt like a reasonable compromise. I wasn't sure about the lanes around the station rotary in the rain, but the famous Beijing main store is very close. The location is good even if you're not using the Shinkansen.
