From about 10:30 p.m. on February 15, 2026, until after 11:30 p.m., guests kept shouting loudly outdoors. Their noise carried to neighboring homes and caused a great deal of disruption. There was no emergency contact information posted somewhere visible, so even when we tried to reach the facility, we had no way to do so. It makes us feel they’re neglecting their management responsibilities. They need to restrict outdoor activity late at night or have a system that lets someone give an immediate warning. They should understand that this is threatening the lives of the people who live nearby. It’s extremely irresponsible for a lodging facility not to provide any way to contact them. Under Asahikawa City's Private Lodging Ordinance and the Inns and Hotels Act, they should be responsible for keeping the surrounding area quiet. We strongly urge them to improve their management immediately and make sure this never happens again.

People keep parking without permission at the beauty salon next door. At night, they make noise in the parking lot while talking on the phone, setting off fireworks, playing soccer, or tossing a ball around. It’s very annoying, and the police have even come, so someone must have reported it. There’s no contact information for the person in charge, so I can’t reach them. That’s why I’m posting this here.
