It’s a little hard to get back into town, so be sure to bring groceries. Even so, this is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Japan. The host is kind and patient, the place is beautiful, and the view is amazing. Having an onsen there is a lovely bonus.

The house has a wonderful interior and a cozy feel, and the bath was one of my favorite spots. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed by it. It’s a peaceful place out in nature, with fresh air and an amazing ocean view. The beach is a 30-minute walk away, and taxis are available too.

This is such a stunning, peaceful place, a great spot to relax and unwind, maybe even write a book. The private onsen makes the stay feel extra special. It also works well as a base for exploring Hakone and the surrounding areas.

The hot spring bath and the views are what made my family pick this place, and both were a highlight. The villa was clean and well organized, with plenty of amenities and a kitchen stocked for cooking. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had a question. We didn't want to leave after our relaxing stay, and would book here again next time we're in Japan.

Everything in this villa felt close at hand because the place is compact, which I really liked. We could barbecue and enjoy the natural hot spring bath while taking in the million dollar balcony view. It was clean, amazing, and I had the best time here. ☺️
