The onsens were very well maintained, and I had a great time using both the public and private baths. The food and drinks were amazing, with local cuisine turned into sophisticated meals, and the chef did a wonderful job. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. We only speak some Japanese and they only speak a little English, but the service and experience were still exceptional. The trip to Atami was well worth it, and we’ll definitely return!

The food was fantastic, and soaking in the rooftop rotenburo was such a peaceful treat. Definitely worth recommending.
