The breakfast was the highlight for me, and the station is only about five minutes away. The place is simple but has what you need, including pajamas, slippers, and toiletries. There’s also coffee and ice at reception that you can help yourself to.

The parking staff were really friendly, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast, though, was awful. My dog eats better than that yellow slime and those tasteless boiled sausages. The breakfast staff also spoke to non-Japanese guests in a very unpleasant, different tone. They need some basic manners and training if they’re serving paying customers from outside Japan.

There’s a bus stop, Kasugacho, right outside, and the hotel is very close to the station. I couldn’t find it on Booking.app, but you can reserve directly through the hotel homepage.

A clean, comfortable room in a simple, straightforward hotel. It’s close to Atami train station.

I called to ask if I could check out an hour later, and the front desk staff cut me off and hung up before I’d finished speaking. Their attitude made me feel disrespected, like they weren’t even trying to understand what I needed. The hotel should put more effort into service training instead of focusing only on appearances. Really bad attitude.
