The food was okay and service was average. A few staff members were quite friendly, but I don’t think we’ll come back. The private hot spring in our room was smaller than a regular bathtub, and the sink in the toilet didn’t work properly. I’ve never experienced that before.

The neighborhood is incredibly charming and lovely to walk around. Back at the hotel, the service is friendly, the private bath is spacious and comfortable, and the food is very, very good.

Everyone here is so friendly, and the atmosphere is great. We had a cozy room and a spacious private bath, and the food was delicious.

This was my second visit, and I’ll definitely come back again. It’s a beautiful, quiet place in an old Japanese style, with a private open-air onsen. The owner and his family are genuinely kind and welcoming, and they speak English.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and both the food and onsen were great.
