We stayed four nights in Nov/2025 and it felt like home. After a month traveling all over Japan, this was the most awesome place we stayed at. It’s budget-friendly but luxurious, modern, and well soundproofed. We never wanted to leave and will return as soon as we can. It’s on a quiet street a block from a main artery, with the nearest bus stop a 5-minute walk away. There are at least 10 small Onsens within 200 metres, each costing 100 yen for as long as you want to enjoy it. Don Quixote is 6 minutes away, along with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The huge room has three double beds with nightstands, a kitchen hidden behind sliding doors with a full-size fridge/freezer, a sitting area with a coffee table and two benches, a large smart TV, air conditioning, and lots of shelving. The toilet with bidet is separate from the spacious bathroom. That has its own entrance, a large sink, pull-out cabinet drawers, a laundry unit with detergent provided, and a stack of fluffy towels. The modern bathtub can be filled using either of two control pads, one by its door and another in the kitchen. There’s also a separate shower with lots of shelving and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The shower’s hot air fan can dry all your laundry. Motion-activated lights are handy at night. For a no-staff hotel, check-in was smooth and easy, with clear instructions. They emailed a file of manuals for all the controls beforehand in both Japanese and English. The cleaning could be better, though, as there were a few crumbs on the floor and occasional hairs.

The room was quite large and spacious, but it wasn’t very clean. Still, the location is convenient, near the beach, DONKI, and bus stops. The highlight was a small public bathhouse about a 5-minute walk away that costs 100 yen 😊😊

The room was modern, clean, and roomy, and the area itself was nice and quiet. The only annoying part was hearing the kids in the next room running around constantly. Don Quijote is just a two-minute walk away.

The room looked just like the photos and felt brand new. It was large enough for up to six people, with a washer and dryer in the bathroom, plus a good TV. The facilities were excellent, and Beppu Station is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Beppu Park and You Me Town are each roughly 15 minutes on foot, too. Check-in is self-service, using a password and instructions sent by email. I hadn't noticed that message before arriving, so I got stuck at first, but some friendly guests helped me sort it out. Check your email ahead of time. If you don't have mobile data, there's free Wi-Fi by the front door. Customer service can also send parking directions through the in-room tablet, though there are only two spaces. Finding the hotel at night was the tricky part for me. The narrow access road was hard to locate while driving, and the quiet route felt a little unsettling in the dark. Arriving during the day might make it easier to get your bearings.

The shower room was so nice, and the three beds worked great for the four of us. The place was beautiful and clean, even though I didn't take any pictures. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to friends going to Beppu.
