The room’s kitchen, full-size fridge, and little living room made for a nice stay, and it’s within walking distance of the station. But with lots of bags, the uphill walk took over 15 minutes, despite what Google Maps says. The shower had a lot of trouble with very high pressure and low temperature. There’s no staff on hand, and the automatic doors can be confusing. We also couldn’t store our luggage when we arrived early. With so little staff support, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who struggles with technology, and I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was spotless except for the couch, whose cushions were dirty, which was odd. The apartment-style place is very modern and quiet, with a good kitchen, a huge TV, a washing machine, and a bathroom air dryer. The beds were comfortable too. Check-in was easy, but make sure you complete it in advance so you get building access and can use the iPad auto check-in to enter your room.

The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with all the household appliances we needed. Instructions from check-in through check-out were clear, and getting around was alright, with the nearest station within walking distance. Really the best

The place itself was spacious and clean, but the self check-in process was a real mess for English speakers and caused us needless hassle. There are two places with the same name in Beppu, and we went to the wrong one first. Then we were stuck in a nowhere area in the pouring rain. A simple sign there pointing out the other location would have saved a lot of aggravation.

The room has a washing machine, and you can switch the bathroom into a drying room for clothes. Check-in and check-out were easy. I stayed three days, and it was a 10-minute walk from Beppu Sta. There are two Kamenoi bus stops near the hotel. It’d be helpful if the hotel put the Kamenoi bus routes and schedule in the room so we could catch the bus more easily.
